No. Fishing licenses are provided with your fishing charter trip.
Yes, on all five boats. A bathroom is onboard the Done Deal, Cape Horn 31T, Slay Ride, Slay Ride 2 and the Blue Seas fishing charters.
Your boat departs on time so be sure you try to arrive at least 10 minutes before your charter time. Keep in mind of the traffic around Destin can get busy so be sure to give yourself plenty of time to park and walk down to the boat docks on time.
Depends on the wind direction and speed on that given day. 1-2 foot see chop is a normal day. 3-4 foot see chop is a typical rocky day and there’s only a few days out of the year where we will have “smooth” conditions. Also, during rough waters we will go to the bay and fish coastal species of fish.
Shortest fishing charter we offer is 4 hours. That’s for all four of our boats.
Typical we go out 1-40 miles it depends on if you are Bay Fishing or Offshore (12 Hour) Fishing. Yes you will see land up to around 10 miles.
It depends on that day but in our 15 years of business our customers typical catch between 1-3 edible fish per person and on those homerun days up to 20 fish (depending on the species and what’s in season at that time).
Our captains will clean and dress the fish for you after each trip. You can take the fish home with you or to the nearest restaurant (Bryans Boardwalk Grill, Brotulas, or any restaurant on the harbor).
Light clothes during Summer months and if it’s chilly on the beach it will be chilly in the boat. Tennis shoes is recommended not mandatory just to cover feet and toes in case of hooks and help prevent accidents, slipping or falls.
Hats, sunscreen(no spray cans please), camera, towel, windbreaker, coat, small soft cooler and just in case if you forget anything our marina has everything in stock for you to get when you arrive. Typically most people bring to much :).

In state waters (inshore/nearshore) 50′-90′ and federal waters (offshore) 100′-300′ but typically around 150′. In state waters is up to 9 miles from shore and 9+ miles is federal waters aka deep sea fishing.
Yes but Dolphin are not our best friend when fishing due to them scaring the fish off or stealing your fish after you’ve hooked them.

Customer must cancel at least 72 hours prior to their arrival date to receive a full refund of their reservation fee.
If it rains, charters will still go out fishing. However, if there is excessive fog, wind, or lightning, the trip will not go. As always, it is at the discretion of the captain if your charter is canceled. If canceled you will be refunded your reservation fee or Destin Inshore Fishing Company will reschedule your charter if possible.
A reservation fee of $200 is due at the time of reservation to reserve your private charter. You may pay with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. The balance due will be charged to your card on the day of your trip.
Yes but no glass! We have a separate cooler just for your personal drinks and snacks.
